AusPost parcel tracking hit by technical issues – Software

Australia Post is enduring a popular outage of its IT units influencing parcel monitoring, online MyPost accounts and the ability for enterprise customers to lodge requests.

The postal assistance acknowledged the “technical issues” in a tweet on Friday afternoon, while the troubles look to have started all over nine:30am AEST.

“We’re at present enduring complex concerns which are impacting a variety of providers like monitoring, MyPost, deliveries, service provider lodgement and phone calls via to our call centre,” it claimed.

“We’ll deliver updates as facts are confirmed and apologise for the inconvenience.”

Social media posts also showed the concerns extending to the AusPost application.

Australia Post claimed it was working to solve the concerns as rapidly as attainable.

It is the very first key outage to affect the post assistance considering the fact that the coronavirus pandemic commenced.
